This project will replace all existing BAS controllers with new controllers, processors, operator interface equipment, and communication devices. Field devices such as sensors, valves, and damper actuators are to remain in place and re-utilized wherever possible. The successful contractor will re-commission all devices and work with the CVC to repair and replace defective equipment. The project will result in an optimized building operation with particular focus on energy conservation, enhanced operator interface, and superior comfort.
