Credit Valley Conservation (“CVC”) invites qualified Bidders to submit proposals for a scoping study to identify the minimum requirements under dam safety legislations and best management practices to ensure the safety of the partially decommissioned Belfountain Dam; and to write a terms-of-reference for a scoped dam safety review (DSR) of the former Belfountain Dam and associated structures. Please note this is not a Proposal Request for a Dam Safety Review.
